Work is over!!

For three weeks at least. Last day today was hectic and busy but a lot of fun. We set the classroom up like Hogwarts, with the long table in the middle. Then we had a big breakfast/brunch with all the food the kids brought in. It was so nice to just sit down and chat to them all without having to teach or anything! We de-decorated the classroom at the end, which was a bit depressing. It was like Christmas was already over!

This evening we met Claudia & Sven in town to wander round the xmas markets. We had yummy flammenkuchen (like a pizza) and the boys had a bratwurst while us girls had crepes. It was starting to get cold so we ducked into the Ratskellar for a drink and then headed home. Although I am sad not to be with my family this Christmas, it's nice to know I have some good friends around me.
